My husband booked a full hamam with body massage, hair treatment for my birthday. Separately a facial was also booked. Siama was so attentive to my needs and made me feel very relaxed. The treatments were outstanding and I came out feeling very pampered and relaxed. A few days after and I still feel the glow on my skin! My hair also has a gorgeous shine! Siama also offered advice and information on aging skin and did not do a hard sell at all. I came out understanding my skin better and things I should be using and doing to help. She was so patient and listened to my concerns. For this reason I will be coming back for more treatments and I hope you all support this beautiful small local business. Having just had a major knee replacement surgery i was very nervous about going to the Spa for a treatment but luckily i was facilitated with an appointment on the same day straight away also given a space to park at the front forecourt so it made it easier i didn't struggle with walking ready to enjoy my treatment ahead . I was approached at the front door welcomed & escorted gently from the door to my treatment room.. Saima the proprietor beauty therapist was very deligent attentive and obliging with her full body waxing treatment making me feel at ease straight away knowing how nervous/delicate i felt with my wound her radiating smile, reassurance & approach with each step of the way was truly caring /amazing from the start to the finishing of her treatment.. If that was not enough she facilitated me immediately to getting my roots done afterwards.. I had not booked the appointment but luckly Vishali the lovely hairdresser/ Stylist was obliging & available . She was very professional in her manners helped me to my seat & immediately settled me on the chair with a nice cup of herbal tea to relax then proceeded with the colouring chart & made a record of my personal details.. Before i knew it 40 minutes had flown after the colour application & i was gently escorted to the sink to rinse off my colour from my hair. There to my suprise i had a beautiful head/ scalp message..Believe me i so needed it after the traumatic surgery i had under gone still struggling for 7 weeks & is still a long going journey ahead if healing. I could not thank them enough for making my experience a rejuvenating one and one to remember .. I shall definitely be back for a pedicure & a facial.. Thank you Saima & Vishali.. Mahebooba xx☺️
